Why I want to meet Anne Lamott
She is a voice in the wilderness. She’s somebody who’s not afraid to put her doubts and struggles with faith out in the world. So many Christians (myself included) try to act like now that we’ve found Jesus our lives are perfect, we have all the answers, and nothing bad ever happens to us. This is just simply false and can be a real stumbling block to true faith. Her writing is inspiring.
